I am inquiring about potentially commissioning a custom 12cm x 17cm watercolor house portrait.

I understand that the project begins with a nonrefundable deposit of $195.00. The remaining $195.00 will be paid upon delivery of the finished artwork for a total of $390.

Please note that I limit the number of commissions I accept in order to ensure that I can do my best work. Paintings take up to 10 weeks depending on date of request, amount of details and my availability. Select your most preferred deadline date and I will follow up to make sure we find a date that will work!

What happens next?

Once submitted I will follow up to confirm details and discuss the timeline. Once we confirm everything I will send an invoice & begin your project! The second half is due upon delivery of the finished piece. I look forward to creating something beautiful with you!

$445 for a pencil drawing approx 12cm x 17cm drawn on A4 (letter size) fine art paper. If you are interested in a larger piece, message me uprootedmichelle@gmail.com

Pencil drawings may take 4 - 10 weeks to complete depending on size, features of the home, artist availability and client deadline. A delivery date will be agreed upon before the project begins.

Once submitted I will follow up to discuss your request and send you a quote. All quotes are free and there is no commitment required.

The project will begin with a non-refundable 50% deposit. The remaining 50% will be due upon delivery of the finished piece.
